Having been entangled in numerous home improvement disappointments over the years, with unending frustration, it is with great pleasure that we share our wonderful experience with Jeff Hagerman of Northgate Home Services.

Dear Jeff,

We just wanted to let you know how happy we are with the conversion of the garage into the family room that you did for us. I can't begin to tell you how much we enjoyed it over the holidays. We both had our families over, and the room was just perfect. Everyone that sits in the room just marvels about how it feels like you are in a different house. It's so relaxing in that room. We are very happy with the job that you did and the quality of your work is superb! You were very neat and clean, and treated the conversion as if you were doing it in your own home. Several years ago I asked Jeff to put ceiling moulding in our house. I liked his work.

This year my husband and I decided we needed a new patio, which is now a screened in porch. We only called Jeff because we knew he'd get the job done in a timely fashion and do it well.

We told him that we wanted it nice and he came with the ideas. As we went along there were changes that were made and he was always willing to please us.

It is now dubbed the Adirondack Room because of the wonderful choices Jeff made in the woods. We are very delighted with the room and enjoy our backyard so much more.
